I bought X1 last Friday and registered it, but the store does now show my registration so I can't download my free upgrade of X2, (or even) pay for an upgrade to X2, download the free holiday pack, or see the $20 coupon. I called sales support today, but apparently they were closed (even though it says they are only closed on the 1st.) so far an inauspicious start as a Sonar user!
 
I hope I can get the store help desk to honor the upgrade path on Wednesday when everyone gets back to work!
 
has anyone else experienced this? despite instant registration via the internet and a generated code to unlock the software, how long does it take for your account to be current on the store site?

Usually within minutes of ordering, stuff shows in my account. The store has been unstable the last few days. Maybe the holiday offerings and the closing of the free X2 upgrades were just too much for the system to handle. I am sure it will get sorted out. It might take til after the holiday though.
