Today appears to be the last day we can use the $20 voucher.

I skimmed the store and didn't really see anything I need, but it seems a shame to waste a $20 voucher.

I noticed there are a few instrument expansions for less than $20.

I'm interested in realistic samples (especially ones for Dimension) rather than synthy stuff.

Any recommendations?

That voucher expires tonight if you weren't aware. I bought Pyro Audio Creator for $20.

I bought the  MP3 app for Sonar so I never again have to worry about having to export to wave then convert to mp3.
Direct export of MP3 now from Sonar X2, woo hoo!
This works out great for me because I am now testing out my mixes on a MP3 player to take to the car, home stereo, and boom box first, without the need to burn to CD. This seems to be working out for me.

I already have an easy way to create mp3s, so I was thinking more in terms of getting new sounds.

The EMU Proteus Packs are normally $79.95 but are now $19.95 so with the voucher those would be free.  The ones I'm eyeing are:

http://www.store.cakewalk.com/b2cus/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=32-EMPT0.00-20E  (proteus 2000)
http://www.store.cakewalk.com/b2cus/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=32-EMPX0.00-20E  (px-7 drums)
http://www.store.cakewalk.com/b2cus/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=32-EMPE0.00-20E (planet earth)

Which of those would best complement the sounds we already get in X2 Producer?  I also have Komplete 8.

Sadly it appears I will let this one slip by... I can't imagine what Pyro has that I need these days (I had a registered copy of this many years ago when first created) and most of the sample sets in that price range appear to be for the Zeta which I like but rarely use...

Too bad we can't give ours to someone else so they could combine a few and get something "larger"...

I got the Vintage Keyboards expansion for the Sound Centre plugin. It's not fantastic but it cost me nothing and it has some usable sounds.
Thank you Cakewalk!

Grum.

Sadly I think they put the price back up on Karl's vids so the credit doesn't cover them anymore.

Don't know how good they are but there seems to be a bunch of CW Sound Center stuff on for $20...

Also I was wrong about Karl's vid. It's still $20. Edit: It's not on special. I messed up. Sorry. Actually it seems a lot of the video tuts are on for $20. The Rock Legends Kits pack for SD3 are going for $30 (or 40 I forget). If those are anything like the RL kit I got for BFD then they should be pretty good.

Store is acting buggy so it's taking a while to navigate around.

I literally jut went through all 3500 or so presets for all of the Proteus sounds, and as far as realistic ones go, these do not even come close to Kontakt.

I picked up a Mix video with my coupon.
