I did not realise 8Dio had updated the forgotten voices libraries. I will take another look because there is a lot of character in them.

I have the Soundiron "Voice of Rapture Soprano" & "Strawberry" and these are much easier to use.

The 8Dio Forgotten Voices are not updated. SoundIron has updated the Fancesca library.
Thanks for the clarification.

I have Jenifer, Laurie and Studio Sopranos. The Sopranos are really nice sounding. Jenifer is also very good, especially the way the legato phrasing links together. It all sounds very natural if you are careful. I haven't found a use yet for Laurie, but I hope to.

Strawberry was my first soloist, and I still love the sound.

The thing about 8dio libraries is that they are so purpose-built that you need lots of them to make a complete setup.

IIRC, aren't there some soloists in EastWest's Choir library?

Yep, soprano, alto and boy. But I particularly love the Welsh and American soloists of their Voices of Passion library.

Thanks for all the feedback, folks.

And I did not realize that Soundiron had their own version of the Francesca library. Makes sense, though.

However, up to this point I have not paid much attention to the Soundiron libraries, for whatever reason. I'll have to fix that...
