I've searched the forum, and my manual, but can't figure it out.

How do I get the markers on the timeline to move along with the audio?

Is there a 'create space' function where I can just insert space in the track and move everything else over?

Not sure on the all at once

I lasso and drag the clips where needed then drag the marker to match

I assumed that would work, but I was hoping for a more elegant way. Current track has 32 markers for six minutes. It would be a pain in the patooka to do it that way.

Yes, you can choose Project > Insert Time/Measures, which will allow you to insert space and move everything (including markers) at the same time.
