I downloaded it and can't extract the files. I can't remember the error, but it said the file was empty. I don't have serial numbers in my account, would that matter? Should I just try to download it again?

Hiya, Clint. What browser did you use to download? If you are using IE you might want to try Firefox instead. Also the website has been a little buggy so maybe that screwed it up. Not sure if you should get a s/n number for the vids. I know it took about 20 mins for my pyro numbers to show up last night. Cheers.

I downloaded the same tutorial yesterday evening. The first time it stopped half way through and never resumed. I tried again a bit later and got it all. Took about 45 minutes to download, it's 2-3gb. Funny thing, the video is a single, huge, 8 hour mpeg. There's no serial number necessary. You can download it from the store as many times as you want.

It is one big video but it does have chapters and a pdf of the chapters is available from the author http://forum.cakewalk.com/fb.ashx?m=2744750

hmmm. I'll try to download it again tomorrow with google chrome. I don't usually have problems with IE, but I've heard a lot of people do.

People: please stop using Internet Explorer and switch to Chrome. You'll be happy you did. 

Yeah, IE is brutal for downloads. I've never had a problem with Firefox. I refuse to use Chrome. Google's gotten all creepy lately.

I currently use Firefox but had problems until I added a download manager plugin (Down Them All). Been using it for over a year, and in that time not a single corrupt download!
 
 
My 2 cents: You don't have to change your browser, but do use a good-quality download manager.

I use a separate download manager (FDM) with Firefox, never had a problem downloading from CW store ever.
