I really like Valhalla Room:  http://www.valhalladsp.com/valhallaroom. It's a fantastic reverb, and costs only $50.

I use it in my synthesizer arrangement of Venus from Holst's "The Planets": http://soundcloud.com/mike-leghorn/venus. It's 64-bit, and I'm using it in Sonar X1 64-bit.

Sorry to come to this thread late but you CANNOT beat Valhallaroom for value for money. $50 and this thing is awesome - seriously, download the demo, you will not be disapointed.

the lex is stable via bitbridge

Not cheap... but you'll not have to worry about reverb for a while.

Liquidsonics Reverberat - from UK are really great Convolution Reverb. Also it is in full x64bit. Also it support "True Stereo" + Zero latency -mode in extremely low cpu usage.

IMHO "Reverberat " are much better then Waves or Altiverb Convolution Reverb. IR Convolution reverb is the way to go if you want the best possible reverb sound. I have convolutions samples from Lexicon 960 hardware + real places like Vienna Philamonica Hall, churches etc..

For the life of me, I can't find a good 64-bit Reverb.

What I Own:

Spaces from EastWest is 64-bit but it's a buggy mess in X1a:
http://www.soundsonline.com/Spaces

iZotope Nectar is 64-bit  has a "so so" Reverb, but it is not nearly as robust as Altiverb, Wizooverb or other classic 32-bit reverbs:
http://izotope.com/products/audio/nectar/

Altiverb is not 64-bit and is a buggy mess if I try to run it in BitBridge:
http://www.audioease.com/Pages/Altiverb/features/Altiverb6features.html

What I'm Afraid To Buy Because They Are 32-bit:

Lexicon LXP is not 64-bit. I don't own it but as unstable as Altiverb is, I'm afraid to buy another reverb to run via BitBridge
http://www.lexiconpro.com/product.php?id=167

Voxengo Pristine Space is another reverb from a reputable company that is not 64-bit
http://www.voxengo.com/product/pspace/

As usual, Waves is determined to never join the 21st Century and forever be 32-bit. This includes their IR-1 reverb
http://www.waves.com/Content.aspx?id=250

Am I missing any 64-bit reverb options? What do other 64-bit users do for reverb?

EDIT:

What I have now purchased due to suggestions in this thread:

2CAudio Aether -- unfortunately, after I bought this, it will not run stably in my current Sonar project. If I start a blank project I seem to be able to run one instance stably, but multiple instances cause my current project to crash.

EAReverb
After downloading the demo for this and finding the demo to operate beautifully, I purchased the full version. Currently, the full version has a bug that causes it to distort the audio output of Autotune Evo (frequency-shifting it down to sound much lower), and I usually put AutoTune right before the reverbs in my signal chain. I'm investigating a workaround for this.

Quick question - why are still using X1A when version C is available along with updated patches?

You do realize this thread was started in March of last year right? That is why it says X1a. It just seems to have been revived.

My two cents:

For value you just cannot beat ValhallaRoom as several have said. In fact, ALL of the Valhalla plugs are just amazing. I got Shimmer and have been channeling my inner Brian Eno. UberMod is also just great.

For those of you that have no issue with the iLok (please....let's not start that war here) I can't say enough great things about Softube's TSAR-1. That is the big brother of TSAR-1R which comes in the Softube mix bundle that Cakewalk sells. That whole bundle is a GREAT deal by the way IMHO. If I could only use 1 reverb in a project it would be TSAR-1. Not cheap though if bought standalone. TSAR-1R is really good also just not as flexible.

If you want to get wild effects well beyond standard reverb then Fabfilter's Timeless 2 is just amazing. More along the lines of reverb/delay.

Works fine in Reaper 64bit, dont know about Sonar x1?

Hi Oto...

a big +1 from me here... I just downloaded the free 64bit/32bit version the other day and tested it with some of the IR's I have... It sounds quite good. I'm only 32bit here myself tho I run the 64bit engine in Sonar, but it claims to be 64bit so it should run native on a 64bit system (ie without bitbridge)...
