Am i doing something wrong? I Double click on the audio file click Next to the pitch change it from A to C then save my project i open it and it's back to A. Even when i click on Clips i go to Loop properties Follow project pitch change it to C and hit ok it goes back to A again. what am i doing wrong here ? thanks

Save it from the looping edit window as a new file. Clip menu--->Save as.

You can change the reference note of the current clip using the clip inspector, that will stick when you save.
