Make veiled threats.
Send out tweets.
Elect an administrative staff.
Delegate responsibilities.
Set up a perimeter.
Keep a keen eye out for moles.
Sit around a campfire at night and make plans for further insurrection.
Make up a secret handshake.
Write up an oath to be sworn each morning.
Make posters.
Get a bullhorn to be used for communication purposes.
Ration supplies.
Don't look up.
Act nonchalant when making subversive movements so as not to attract attention, blend in.

That's perfect Susan, you will be good for slipping out and bringing in new supplies as well as monitoring the movement of our oppressors. Just remember to use the secret handshake when you slip back in lest we forget you are here even though you're not but you are.
