I apologize if someone has answered this; I thought I searched for this issue, but maybe I missed it. Especially since this seems like a very silly issue. Basically, I cannot get SONAR Home Studio 7 XL to read my keyboard as a MIDI In device. When I go into the MIDI devices window, Cakewalk only shows up. I have Windows 7 64 bit, and I just recently got the KeyRig 49. Installation with the KeyRig is overall successful, and so was the SONAR. I just would like the two to read each other. For some background info, I originally was using Anvil Studio (freeware) to do basic MIDI inputs. That proved to have issues (not relating to reading input from the keyboard) which is why I unearthed this program I got a few years ago (I'd forgotten about it till now). I also downloaded and am using ASIO drivers. I will try to provide any and all info I can about the situation. Thank you for the help! I am new at this, so patience is appreciated :(
