I downloaded this new release but what do I do with it??? There is no installer just some wav files or the like.

Scroll down the last couple of pages here....there is a link that shows you how to load them.  It's easy to do.

I installed all no problem thanks!!! Presets I understand. I guess I am going to have to read up more on TH2, I don't get how the cab Irs are supposed to be used. When I put them in the chain, they all strip the high end off. After I imported them I deleted the folder they were in to see if the program copied them or used them and they still opened up just fine. The program must copy the new IR's. I wish they would tell you that so you know what trash to dump. (like an exe when you're done)

When you import IRs they get reformatted and copied into "C:\ProgramData\Overloud\TH2 Producer\IR\directoryNameOfYourChoice" so the wav files are safe to delete.

I really do want to like TH2, but they don't make a straight ahead product with straight ahead upgrades/maintenance.

Various commercial packages are available containing impulse responses from specific locations, ranging from small rooms to large concert halls. These impulse responses can then be utilized in convolution reverb applications to enable the acoustic characteristics of a particular location to be applied to target audio.
