I want to arrange midi tracks following by an assignment automatically.
for example:
- patch Electric bass (finger) will be channel 2
- patch Drums will be channel 10
etc..

can .CAL file do this? anything else? can i do this with many midi files at the same time?

Just set it up like you want it and save it as a template. Then when you start a new project, load that template.

cuz my midi files were assigned unexpectedly (bass : channel 9, ect..), now I need to fix that like above. Is there another way, like programming?

So change the channels. Really, It's not a big deal. The MIDI data will go where you send it.
If you have a multi-channel synth, such as TTS1 or Sample Tank, you may need to make some adjustments there.
MIDI routing is very flexible.
As Dave wrote, set it up the way you want, and save it as a template.

Merry Christmas G.man.
Just play with that for a bit. You'll see. It's a lot easier than it seems.
