I got maybe one email from Cakewalk, re: producers club or whatever they call it, (beside the ones I get with SN and Reg #s when I buy something... I always get them). I should know by now to assume NOTHING... I just logged in here and I see X2a and the holiday pack for Dimension Pro. I could have missed it... I REALLY do not understand why this email problem cannot get sorted out. Why did I get one email and then no more?? Could someone look AGAIN.... into this. I have talked with support, I have talked by PMs, I get promises and I am sure you guys are trying but it is NOT working. Do I need to set up a different email for CW to use?
I am updated and I got the Dimension pack but dang it... I would like to get emails. It is time to tell me what I need to do.. it is past time.
Thanks for all you guys do... I realize that this must be REALLY frustrating to you too and I am not angry but lets get it fixed.
