Don't ever be frightened of being honest, it's really not that bad.
Never mind playing the 'bad attitude' card like I mentioned in the last post see if you can replicate the issues the guy is having and help out. He's provided instructions.
I've just offered the only workaround I know. Check it out in your 'bugless environ' you maybe able to find where the user is at fault.
You think automatic take lanes generated on each iteration of a loop, selecting the required parts of those takes in Sonar are good now, you are really in for a treat when they eventually get it working as well as it does in a handful of DAWs I could mention already you'll be blown away by how cool a way to work it is.
I will add that Sonar is getting closer to this in X2 at least, so it is definitely a step in the right direction.
