when using matrix view it worked flawlessly... until...
i dragged a midi clip to the matrix and then inserted midi fx of arpeggiator and delay into the midi track's fx bin. then, sigh, no sound at all when triggering the cell.  

anyone else??

and then, clicking on the d (direct to synth) button in matrix causes stuck notes....

Please see if you can narrow this down. Are you only having this issue when using MFX plugins? Also why don't you use the built in arpeggiator instead of the MFX?
I would be surprised if anything changed regarding MFX's since all the matrix fixes were with general processing and triggering not MFX's themselves. Is this really a new issue?

not sure noel. what im doing right now is experimenting with the different ways that i can exploit your software to its full potential. dont get me wrong i really love your product - used early versions of it when i was in college 20+ years ago and decided to come back. ill be taking a look more at it and cross testing against x1. the arpeggiator works fine against matrix cells btw which is great because with the automation lanes i can change parameters to the arpeggiator on the fly very easily with good visual feedback. 
really good update with x2a. very stable on my end. 
i think im in a position where there are approaches id like to use that no daw can really accomodate fully so tools like max and csound come into play. 

hey noel, so far i'm just running through dimension pro and it looks like any clip that ends with any chord (double-stops included) that is sent through direct mode gets hung on the chord.  doesn't happen with single notes. doesn't happen with direct mode disabled.
