anyone know where i can import them from, or where they should be on my system?

If Scook is right and I think he is you wont find an ini file with presets in it. Ini files are initialization files that are used to setup a program when its loading.

For example the master.ini is use to tell Sonar about your MIDI setup. 

Your best bet is to reinstall just the plugins. The install lets you do that.
