Two more to go and the whole album will be covered.

That's quite an accomplishment.

Good job all the way around, even the bass sounds pretty good! But I can tell it was mixed by the bass player

This one of my all time favorite Tull tunes. Nice job overall.
However, I am compelled to follow up on what Bat mentioned. What's up with the guitar?
James, I am a big fan of your style and tone, which has always reminded me of Martin. Here, it seems dynamically flat, with an almost telephone EQ. You executed the part nicely, but the life is getting sucked out of it. If it didn't sit so forward in the mix, it might not be so obvious, but it does.
I've listened to this several times, and I'm sorry to be so blunt, but the mix/tone is just not doing your guitar justice.
Fix that, and you guys have a killer rendition here.

Maybe I'm not as finicky about guitar tone, that bass is awesome though eh? , but I rather like the tone.

Maybe it's affected on SC by the conversion even though I did upload a 24bit/44.1K WAV.

Ahhh, the bass does sound good (from a bass player...)

I would push James a bit harder though. Or like Robert said, "just do it better?" (the guitar in the mix) The Gorilla in the room... Where does he sit? Wherever he wants...

Just a plain old P-Bass (whiff some secret sause).

You need to get an Alembic like mine, they rock. But honestly? I really enjoy the Warwick fretless more? You should check one out... Mine is a Warwick thumb bass, you can search them on ebay, there's a big price range difference? I wouldn't part w/mine...  I think I got it for 2+ grand maybe 8 or 10 years ago?

Next tune to be released will have my Anemic on it.

As soon as that producer gets done.

Yes, the bass is awesome.
The file playback quality seems pretty good.
Bass is nice and chunky, drums have good presence, both flute parts sound fine.
Guitar just kind of loses it. It could be translation on this end, but I have too much respect for you guys to not bring it to your attention.

Nice cover. I played the original on classical many times about 3 centuries ago. ;-)

Well done!!
