At last I jumped on the bandwagon,after G3 X1 X2 Explained,Tips & Tricks,X1 Advanced,X1 Advanced-The Next Level SWA X2 Mix Clinic,Z3ta,Rapture,Dimension,and my second fave G3 Mixing X1.

All of these other vids really are terriffic and ALL very wwell worth it,BUT,Karls Super comprehensive X2 vid for just $19.95 is like having your own personal tutor,I can't believe I waited[probably as I'd already spent a fortune!]but al I can say is GET IT NOW[if you haven't already,its just so cool and relaxing as a way of finding stuff out,that although Scotts Books are great,I am no book guy unfortunately,maybe lots of you are.

This is the best for me,and wow what a price,pure excellence!

Hey mate, I admit I'm a little embarrased to confess this but..
I forgot how to move a channel strip in console view. If that's in your video, thanks. But, as it may be a few days before veiwing, can ya (Or anyone, really) help a brother out?

By channel strip do you mean EQ plot? That's Ctrl + click drag. If you mean VST just click drag to move or ctrl drag to copy.

I mean, in the console view, if you want to move a channel strip (Coralates to tracks in the tracks view) how is it done? In the tracks view, you can click on the the little icon and move the track. so let's say you had three tracks and you wanted to move track three to where track one is. You click on the wave icon and drag it to it's new location. It now becomes track 1. How is that same manuver done in the console view?

Ah sorry. Hold down the Alt key and click drag.

Thanks mate! You do have to click on the channle ON or ABOVE In/Out which was what was driving me nuts! I was clicking on the channel number or the title but once I was sure of the modifier key, I just kept moving the mouse up the channel till it highlighted in red and I was able to move it.
