Sorry in advance for the long post....but I'm stumped!

I have my Nudge keyboard shortcuts (Preferences/Customization/Keyboard Shortcuts) set up in X1 as:
Num 1 : Nudge Left 1
Num 3 : Nudge Right 1
Num 4 : Nudge Left 2
Num 6 : Nudge Right 2
Num 7 : Nudge Left 3
Num 9 : Nudge Right 3
Num 5 : Nudge settings
Num 2 : Nudge down
Num 8 : Nudge up

(I believe these are the default settings?)
Keys are correctly binded...

Problem is.......

When I select/highlight a midi clip to nudge and I press Num 1, I get a line with the Move icon to the right of the line!
Num 3 displays a line with the magnifying glass icon to the right!
Num 4 displays a line with the trim left icon!
Num 6 dislplays a line with the trim right icon! The other Num keys move the displayed icon left or right!

X1 is showing something completely different and not nudging midi clips based on the keyboard shortcuts setup in Preferences.
(I believe the Num 1, etc. nudge settings are setup by default in X1?)

The Menu/Process/Nudge works, but not the keyboard shortcuts.

Hope someone can help solve this nudge kybd shortcuts problem in X1. I need to do a lot of clip nudging in this current project I am working on.

Please help!!!!!
Thanks!
:)

Hey Vicsant,

You flashed the bat signal so here I am...

First, do you have your Num LK on?

If that's on, then you may have mistakenly press 0 on your num pad. That's a special edit mode that was added to SONAR to support the V-Studio 700. Press 0 again to toggle that mode off.

Hi Scott!

THANK YOU!

I would never have figured out that the Num 0 was the cause of all my  problems :)

As always, you are a blessing to this forum!!
