I have been looking for a music studio for a while now and I am wondering if this would be any good for future bass. I'm currently looking for a cheaper alternative to FL Studio, if this isn't any good, and someone knows one, please tell me!
P.S If it is good link me some synths and stuff please

The DAw doesn't matter at all any DAW can create anytype of music. It's the VST's that matter.
There is some basics that come with HS but free VST's are easy to find too.

The answer to most "can [fill in DAW] make [fillin a genre]?" questions is yes. Workflow may not be ideal compared to competing programs on some genres, but very much possible. I think the mistake some make when thinking it is impossible is trying to emulate same method as used in another product . Trying to duplicate process in sonar of programs that have tightly integrated samplers is asking for frustration. What you cam do is use a sonar specific methodology to get samw end result.
