I was mixing away. I went to hit I to hide that bar with the stuff in it and hit O by accident. This enabled envelope offset mode. I then mixed away (twiddling nobs and not knowing why they weren't doing anything). Next, I noticed the envelope offset and hit the button. Now everything works weirdly.
 
How can I undo all the garbage I did to my stuff? Is there a view for all the offsets where I can delete them all? I can't get it back right?

my guess is youd go back into offset mode and set all the controls to their defaults.  just a guess tho...

Thanks, Swamptooth. I actually gave it a go but it's really tricky.

I ended up moving the wavs and envelopes to new tracks for all the effected tracks.

I think it's better now (unless I missed one that I'll have to fix later).

Switching to offset and resetting the parameters there is the answer but offset mode only affects parameters. If you start moving clips etc that is a global issue. ie. move a clip in offset and it will be moved in envelope mode as well (thankfully - wouldn't the alternative be er... fun )

Offset will only offset whole envelopes as well, not individual or only a few nodes. If just a few nodes have moved that has happened in envelope mode, undo is your friend there, or perhaps autosave if you have it turned on.

Moving the clips and envelopes to a new track fixed it for me since the new track didn't have offset. I was then able to delete the old track. When I tried clicking the offset button and say, moving the pan to try to get it centered, it was centered when it was 50% L. I don't know. I couldn't really understand. Anyway, all fixed now.

yikes that sounds janky. i think ill bind offset mode tto the ? key. lol.
