He has no cause, only pathetic bitterness and an inability to grasp the large pool of talent in this forum from which were he to post actual issues he might get some assistance.

I think he thinks 47% of us would make fun of him no matter what, and feel we are entitled to support - taking maintenance from Cakewalk and taking assistance from this forum.

Hey, original poster - are you Mitt Romney?

Actually Bob I think he is indifferent one way or another. It really does not matter to him. He is just coming in here for the entertainment value. He just wants to laugh at the responses. My guess is if he really makes money in music then he works for Cubase.

Marc, Marc, Marc... if I may call you Marc...

In a previous posting you said you had been a user since version 5. Now it's version 2! Mon Dieu but the numbers are slippery in anglais, No?

But since you are only 16 years old we should be gentle...

Au revoir

Well let me clarify and I hope to clear up any confusion on my part. I have been using Sonar since Pro Audio 9. Sonar became my main DAW in version 5. I started a thread that showed a video way back when I was using Sonar 5. I never said that I had been using since Sonar 5.

For clarification I used pro Audio 9 then went to Sonar 2 studio. Then Went to Sonar 3 studio. Then went to 3 producer version. Then went to Sonar 5 producer, Sonar 7 producer, Sonar 8 producer, 8.5 producer, X1 producer, Then X2. I also tried and used cubase, protools, and Reaper. I primarily used those in other studios. Not my studio. Hopefully that will clear up any confusion.

versions set aside. I don't see how this relates to someone coming into the forum trolling and making wild accusations all in the name of fun. You can continue to find fault with me if you must but that is what is happening here. The OP already had two threads closed and I think this one is a candidate to be closed as well.

Venting frustrations is one thing and I totally understand that. Making wild accusations like cakewalk is hiring authors of magazine articles and then saying they are writing mixed reviews is really something else. It is obvious the OP is not concerned with resolving issues and only wants to start trouble. There is no place here for that and we have a rules of conduct here for a reason. I for one will not tolerate it.

Should the OP choose to vent frustrations then fine. Trolling for entertainment is another matter entirely. No one calls me Marc.....but I guess I have been called worse. You think I am 16.....too funny, my question is are you operating under another name. maybe say....axl59

Don't make me stop this car!  I'll turn this thing around!  :)

I am actually pretty done with this thread, and going to try to help some of the folks who actually posted real issues and need real assistance.  (I posted earlier that I would not come back to this thread, but just couldn't resist)

Toodles,

Bob Bone

Marcus - The OP's name is Marc. He made the claims I referred to. This was addressed to him. Sorry for any confusion.
