Out Now: Chandler Limited Curve Bender
Based on the vintage EMI TG12345 desk from Abbey Road Studios, the same one used to record Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon and The Beatles' Abbey Road, Chandler Limited’s Curve Bender EQ isn’t just a clone of the legendary hardware. It takes the sonics of the vintage EMI unit, and blows it up into powerful mastering EQ.

Developed by Softube—and available exclusively for UAD-2 hardware and Apollo interfaces—the Chandler Limited Curve Bender Mastering EQ plug-in is endorsed by Chandler Limited and is an exacting emulation of this ultra-boutique EQ.

“The new Chandler Limited Curve Bender plug-in is a better model than anything I have previously been involved with.”
Wade Goeke, Owner of Chandler Limited

“The Curve Bender plug-in has the hallmarks of the original, with the added benefit of M/S processing and channel linking—it sounds amazing!”

Ryan Hewitt (Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Avett Brothers)

“The Curve Bender has been on my stereo bus since 2008. The tone is strong, rock and roll, and has tons of personality. It can deliver a simple one-click notch of air on an organic mix or a healthy amount of low-end thump to punch up an electronic track.”
Joe Chiccarelli (My Morning Jacket, Alanis Morissette, Morrissey)

I love UAD, but I'm determined not to by any more 3rd party plugins that will eventually show up Native.

Waves has a "curve bender" plugin that's very good (the RS56) plus the TG12345 Channel Strip, which is absolutely killer diller.  I am interested in hearing this one but unless it makes me swoon or somethin, won't be purchasing...and certainly not until the xmas sale plus a coupon or two.  I'm just about addicted to the Waves TG12345 strip now.

I agree Ol' Pal!! I won't mix drums without it. It makes a kick and snare just pop.
