Thank you for your patience. The problem with this issue is that it is not widespread and we've not been able to reproduce this in house. In order to fix it we do need to reproduce the problem. I suspect this is either a specific workflow pattern, a migrated setting from previous versions, or a system setting.
Let's try to rule out workflow first: if anyone is willing to send me a small project where this occurs I can take a look. A short description of how it's occurring for you will also help. I'd like to know what type of track this occurs with, or if that matters.
Another option is to contact our Tech support line. Someone can remote in and take a look at what's going on.
