Great options, obviously the 3770 is the way to go, after that I'll do my homework between Gigabyte and Asus for MOBOs. Thanks for all the input, it;s really cleared up a lot of confusion with all the different options out there, RAM, CPUs etc.

I would recommend getting the K version. The 3770K has the clock unlocked so that the user can adjust it (not required to be). The 3770 clock is locked on you. StarTekh's post and recommendation is a good one.
