  Let there be no doubt that I am not a veteran of DAWs or recording, but over the last year and a half I've accumulated a lot of software [all legit]. I don't know about you guys but yesterday I fell in love with Izotope Ozone5. I've tested it on several different styles and it really brings things to life. Maybe it's the newbie in me but I love it! Demoing is a real problem for me. I'll undoubtedly pony up the $249 in the next ten days. That software rocks!

Yep I have been recommending it for many years now. I don't believe there is a better mastering suite around.

Be advised a little Ozone goes a long way. Ozone can and will screw up a mix quicker than anything else. Used with some moderation it can do wonders.

If you can hold out awhile you can get it on sale every now and then;

I  purchased it at AudioDeluxe.Com for $169 or so (a few months back)

Counting Coup

Gave up on Waves some time ago and now just use Ozone 5 along with PLParEQ for EQ.
Total convert here.

Looks like now is the time to buy ... Ozone is on sale right now at AD for $159!  Great prices on iZotope bundles, too.

Cheers,
Eddie

Agreed - O5 is definitely worth it. Shop around. You can buy it for a lot less than $250.

I bought Ozone 5 when I did my X2 upgrade. I spent to much money on software this year. Ozone was worth it though.
