I guess for 49 more bucks I might as well upgrade to Studio which includes editor 4.0, right? Anybody have editor 4.0 and see a big difference?

Same for me. It's April 28 and haven't pulled the trigger yet. It will be more on May 1st hasn't been a good enough reason yet.

another day or so....    dang...   seems two distinct camps...  simply brilliant...use it every session.  those that don't comment!!...or are waiting on May 1 (like above) and still won't budge..  ;-/

I've been thinking it over ever since the new release. Screw it, I'm in. Nothing like a deadline to make me want to buy something!

I caved and went from Editor 2 to Studio 4 before the sale ended.
Upgrade price was too good to pass up.
 
Omnisphere is awesome, but like Valhalla stuff, it never goes on sale, so you can pick them up anytime.
 

well...with hours to go... I figure... gotta treat yourself sometimes too.  Actually, I've been playing with it the last couple of hours, seeing the new goodies in the program. 

Oddly Celemony didn't want to take any of my credit cards, so I pony'd up to Sweetwater.  I think there were some better deals on the web, but I don't mind giving Sweetwater $149 worth of business.  They have been totally great to me over the years.
 
Now...back to more music!

I jumped on it yesterday and glad I did. It wasn't going to be any cheaper and I had the money for it and nothing I else I needed so...

I broke down and went Editor 2 --> Editor 4. Gotta have what you gotta have...

Editor to Studio for $125 semolians is a very definite no-brainer.

I didn't plan to upgrade, but on a song I'm working on Studio seemed like it could be useful.  So I went for it.  I'll be working with it today.  I'll be finding out what it can do.
