I just bought into Sonar Pro a few days ago.  Fantastic.  What is the refund policy again?

Yeah, that's not nice, but it's business.
Not your fault, but if you would have been hanging around the forum and observing the goings on with Craig (which I warned in previous post to keep alert on and smell the smoke) you probably would have held on to your dough for a bit to see where this thing was going (Not your fault thought).  Many got upset and claimed things would be fine and it was presumption to be on the lookout for the fallout that is going on now.

if you bought it on a card, then speak to your card company. it's well within 14 days.

you are under the assumption / entitled to updates , for at least a year... if they aren't supplying em.. I feel it's a breach of contract.. and if they didn't make you aware of the "no updates" pre-buying it or the fact there is no "future versions / development".. you have every right to demand your money back, they have neglected to tell you this.. and it's an important thing, when buying something.. much like something is "reduced to clear".. you knowingly know they aren't getting any new things in, so the price is discounted accordingly... it comes under "fitness for purpose" also.. you should expect bug fixes for a year, unless told otherwise.
