I am having trouble logging in to the my Cakewalk account.  I have even tried to reset the password twice today but the ones they have sent me do not work.  I did send an email to support but they are indicating it may be 4-7 days before I hear from them

I know this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone have any ideas?

Any and all help gratefully accepted

call the 800 number I had the same problem got it fixed quick with a call.

Tried a different Browser? I can't always get in with Firefox, IE Tab works okay though.

I've seen weird stuff happening, depending on which broswer I use, so +1 to Karl's suggestion.

I have found that even though I type in my email address & password, the screen will start to update itself and then take you back to the logon page. At this point you are actually logged into your account, so just click My Account and you'll be taken straight to the page.
