Is there a way to change the grid resolution in note view?

Click the virtual keyboard and drag up/down to change vertical grid zoom.

It's the horizontal rez I wish to change, seems as though it's stuck at 128th notes (the grid) and i find it cluttered as I'm working with 16ths

I use ctrl + right/left arrow, though there are other ways

I am not making myself clear. the Ctrl + right /left arrow does zoom in, but it's the vertical lines delineating the horizontal divisions in the grid I'm hoping to reduce to 16ths rather than 128ths.

I think that if you change the snap to grid settings it would give you what you are looking for.

and turn off smart grid.  if you're zoomed in close it will automatically reset snap settings.

In the PRV, choose View > Show Vertical Gridlines from the PRV menu.

Then choose View > Grid Resolution to set the value you want.

Clifford I can't say that works for me, I've changed both the main snap and the one in PRV as well to no avail. The PRV has a grid resolution option which works fine, but it does not apply to the inline.

I'll keep poking :)
