GSi VB3.

I checked this out and was blown away by the sound.  If you haven't watched it, watch the video of Rafael Agostion from Brazil playing - the guy is a monster!  He really takes the software through its paces.

However, since I don't own VB3, I am using NI Classic Organs for my B3 sounds, and it does the job fairly well.

Thanks guys for putting your organs on display :).
Food for thought.
Any further ideas keep 'em coming..

Cheers...

GSi VB3! Best "growl" out there!

Also have their Rhodes emulation!

Kontakt Classic Organs

which is basically a repackaged B4.

Classic organs is not at all a repackaging.  It is a sample based instrument.  B4 was a not samplebased.

How is the leslie emulation? Can you go from "off" to "on" (rotating) with the mod wheel (or some other controller?) like VB3?

I'd like to go "all 64 bit" myself - and the price is pretty good for this one ;-)

The Organ 3 has a complete MIDI control setup. The rotary can be controlled in lots of ways via CCs. Rotary speed is on the modulation wheel.

I would DL the manual and check it out.

I just got it. I'll have a look tomorrow, and I think I'll give the demo a spin ;-)

Thanks...

Nice to see this as an alternative to NI B4/Vintage Orgaans and GSI VB3 ;  my needs are usually meet by these, but at least there is another choice and one that I had not yet heard about--so thanks.
