  • Can no longer listen to audio demos at Toontrack on my DAW...

For some strange reason I can no longer listen to any of the EZX audio only demos at Toontrack on my DAW.  I can watch all the videos with audio just fine.  But no audio only demos play anymore.  They don't even look like they're playing but just silent.  This has been going on for at least the last few days.  Every other computer or pad I've got works just fine...but not my DAW.  I haven't noticed any other web based audio anomaly.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This isn't a Sonar problem...it's a Windows or some such problem. This is when I'm on my desktop just web browsing. Or are you talking about a Windows thingy? Again I have no trouble hearing audio or playing videos anywhere else other than Toontrack. And I can watch and listen to videos just fine at Toontrack. But no audio only files. Go figure.

Well when you said DAW I assumed (bad form I know) that you had SONAR running at the time.

After that I got nothin'.

The Bapsi never has "nothin". He always has that surprise in his back pocket that...at the very last second...destroys the evil doers. At least that what momma said.

yoropal - I have the same issue, but only in Internet Explorer (version 10 here). If I use Firefox or Chrome at the same web link the auto plays and I can select anywhere to fast forward to a part.  not with IE though, looks like its has started but it's stuck at beginning and no audio plays at all.

just a weird little glitch thing.  use Chrome.  <<shrug>>

Chrome is my go to browser, especially since I'm a gmail user and it operates optimally in Chrome, IMO.

I only have one site I use that will not operate in Chrome (at all). It's my bank and I have to use IE for that (mainly because I'm not a fan of FireFlux).

I use Chrome on a couple of my other boxes so I'll just try that.  Toon recommended FireFox.  But I've never used that and since Bapsi seems to frown on it, I'll stick with Chrome.

I only frown on FireFox because they update faster than Justin does with Reaper and it seems like it's impossible to keep up with their changes. I say this more from a web development standpoint than a user standpoint. YMMV.
