Can I modify things so that Screensets require a "modifier" key?
I can't seem to disable the number key bindings in Preferences>Keyboard Shortcuts

Thanks,
Tom

You can bind the existing shortcuts to the "Do Nothing" function (intended expressly for this purpose), and then bind whatever modified key combos you want to use for the screensets.

I've considered doing this myself because of all the times I've inadvertently typed a bunch of numbers into SONAR, ending up with some random screenset, because I hadn't properly opened a parameter for editing, or thought my focus was on a different app.

Thank you, I'll try that.
I have exactly the same issues as you, and of course it IS user error.
BUT, I can't help myself.
Old dog you know...

WORKED A TREAT!

Disabling screenset buttons shouldn't be legal never mind possible.

Screensets ARE a powerful tool.
I just prefer to use shift+1 etc.
It never fails, I hit a number; poof, I'm screwed...

Ah...that's okay then, I'll call off the screenset police.
