Can we move backward entire project(automations+tempos+mesures) like 1 or 2 mesures before? 
 
or in the middle of the project. i'd like to shorten a place who is too long.
 
i know we can "ctrl+a" s (split) and time/measure.  but can't put -1. :( is there another way to do it? ty

Highlight the area in the timeline.
Select all the tracks, then 
Go up to Edit, Cut,
a "Cut" window pops up.
Click on delete hole and then all the other checks.

If your song starts at -0- measure, then NO! You can't go back before the begining of time. (This holds true in real life too, btw)
 
If your song starts after the -0- mark, then in Track View:
 
1. Select all tracks and slide tracks back to desired measure.
 
or
 
2. Select all tracks; Highlight the measures on the time line you want deleted; Hit Delete key; Select all tracks again; Highlight the measures on the time line you want moved; Slide the Clips back to desired location.
