Cool song there, Lynn!   Different for sure.   I like the interplay between the left and right sides, and the vocals do remind me a little of ZZ too both in tone and processing.   Works well IMHO.

Oh...  and I love the short "pop-corn" solo.

Steve, thanks for the listen and your kind words.  How about a little butter for your popcorn?

Cool tune. Excellent production and playing. I like the vocal effect also. I think the tune needs a little low end boost to help fatten the kick and bass and help calm some of the high mids, in other words it needs more bottom,to me. Great
job on the tune.

Monty, thank you for your observations.  You are not alone in your assessment.  I will address these concerns when I return to this mix.  Last weekend, Kansas City got a lot of rain, and my basement, where my studio resides, got flooded.  Fortunately, only my carpet got soaked, but I had to hire a water restoration company to clean and dry out my studio.  Tomorrow the fans and dehumidifier will go, and I can put my studio back together and get to work on this project.  Thanks for you valuable time.

Lynne,

Are you using that full version of Nectar on this song, or Elements version?  Very cool vocal fx.  It does have a little of that "Little Ol' Band's" sound on vocals.  Needs just a little low end boost, as mentioned.....but great song.  I mucho like this one!

I dig it.  Wouldn't change anything.  Catchy tune.

Nice remix Lynn, still got that edginess without the harsh jangle, we also have some bottom end weight and body.

Good job sir

Hi, Michael, thanks for listening and good to hear from you.  I have two versions of Nectar, one that came with Sound Forge 11, and another that came with something else.  I'm sure they're both the light versions, but I'm using one that is 64 bit and a VST3.  Probably the SF version?

Robbie, thank you for your time and kind words.  Best of luck with your new song which I think is a hit.

Pluto, thanks for your time and comments.  I enjoyed hearing the tunes you have posted here.

Wookie, you pointed me in the right direction, as you have done in the past, so, take credit where credit is due.  Thanks for being my ears.
