Hi, I've been trying for several days to purchase Sonar Professional using the Rent To Own Option, but when I click on "Rent To Own" it just sends me to an empty shopping cart. I've tried emailing support multiple times with now response. How can I contact them to make the purchase?

Thanks!

Read the "Cakewalk Announcement" at the top of the forum. Sonar is no more...

Read the other posts here, they are no longer in business as of today it seems.  Count yourself fortunate you didn't pull the trigger.

You can still buy the full version as a one-time purchase during this transition period.
Update: This is stopping.

Or you could buy a corpse and put makeup on it for as long as it stays fresh.

Lets be real, Sonar as it is right now is still a valuable asset and a working DAW.

I agree, but unless they change the authorization process, I'm not sure it is a wise investment.

Yes, If they are going to continue to sell something that has no future, no updates, no bug fixes, no support (Oh wait, nothings changed there), they should at least considerably lower the prices. At the very least they should have a big arsed banner that can't be missed or something, explaining that the product is dead and will receive no updates, bug fixes or support, so as any potential buyer is fully aware of what they are getting themselves into. That would be the decent thing to do, that or just not allow any further sales.
