Ok, I did a real-time drum track by hand with the pads thru my DR880
Not being a drummer, and dealing with latency, I'm a tiny bit off here and there ( :)) and I was looking for a snap-to-time or fit-to-groove like I might do to an audio track with Audio snap. (Which I see is not an option with a midi track.)
What am I looking for and where?

Quantize?

Hit "Q" to bring up the quantize menu.

Just beware, quantize is a tricky thing.  If one's timing is too off, strange things happen. Sometimes best to use PRV to correct major-ly off notes first.

Beware triplets.  If you've recorded mainly duples, with some triplets, or vice versa, then select them in PRV to select the different phrases and quantize separately.

You sometimes have to experiment.  Play around with  the percentage etc.  Try groove quantize with some of the presets.  Swing can be a nightmare.  Being Nir Z can help.  He's like a computer..

Hope it works okay.
