Terrific song Tim.  The melody is memorable and the lyrics are great.  The mix and your vocals really complete this song.
Great work!!

PJH- Thank You!
James- Yes the trip to Ireland was definitely an influence..Thanks.
Gus- Thanks for listening!
Bapu- Thanks for listening. Did the bass seem ok? :)
Wookie- I appreciate you comments.
Ruben, bayoubill,Rimshot, chasmcg and freddy.......thanks a lot for listening and commenting. I love the group we have here that help when they can!

I caught some minor timing errors at the very beginning on the guitar( or is it just me?)...not quite sure if I can fix it by using audio stretch. I doubt I can get exactly the same guitar sound again and it might be tricky trying to do it, but I might try.

Tim, this is one of my favorite songs from you!  Your versatility is showing.  I have discovered that I like Celtic music, only recently, and this song satisfies on all counts.  I would call this song finished, and definitely a winner.

This reminds me so much of Gordon Lightfoot's, "The wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald". It's different enough though. Maybe Lightfoot is Irish?

This really sounds great!

I'm with Lynn on this one - it sounds finished to me too!  Everything from the composition to the arrangement to the mix just seems to work and captures the feel.   And your voice on this one is about as good as I've heard.
