Just upgraded to windows 7, and X2, instalation is coming along fine. But, how do I see and use a 32 bit plug in the 64 bit version?

Do I copy the dll to the 64bit folder, or do I have Sonar scan the 32 bit folder, or something alltogether different?

Have Sonar scan the 32 bit VST folder. To add it to the scan path open Preferences goto File/VST settings and add it.

Sonar should take care of it with Bit bridge auto matically. But for me, $19 for JBridge was well worth it. Better program for what they do. IMHO of course

Thanks, I'm up an rollin'. First sign of trouble and I'll look into JBridge, or sooner if anyone can offer a specific benefit.

I've never needed jbridge.

When I first went 64 bit I had some plug ins that did not like bit bridge - Addictive Drums, some of the free plug ins (Bootsie stuff)  and some oldish Stillwell plug ins come to mind - they all worked fine with Jbridge - obviously Addictive Drums has now been upgraded to 64 bit so that's not an issue - I still use the others through Jbridge, just seem to be smoother and less prone to crashes on my system.
