Hi peeps,
           I was wondering if there was a way to set the default behavior of the smart tool back to how it was in x1d. In x1 the default edit with smart on was drag highlight, now it is draw. Is there any what of changing this?

No the smart tool isn't customizable at present.

SO they HAVE changed it AGAIN GRRRRR.

It depends on what you are doing. Draw can either be a double left click which draws a note at default resolution or left click and drag to draw a note to required length.

Right click now lasso selects.

Yea I just got used to the left click behaviour. I really cant see a great benefit with this change. The smart tool is less smart. EG when I have just finished recording a phrase/loop the first thing i generally want to do is FIX my existing notes not write new ones on top. This was working well in X1 now its all a8ss about face . SIGH oh well thats SONAR I guess.
