hey all. so i am trying to get this straightened out for z3ta 2.

the problem is that the sound has this bitcrush / buggy audio when the audio turns low.

if you will take a listen to this sample you would know what i am talking about.

listen to it right before the next chord hits. it's like its being bitcrushed even tho there is no bitcrushing happening

here are a few more sounds

here you can hear some strangeness when the audio is decaying. almost like the envelope is very lo-fi

here is the same audio turned up 18db

please help!

also here is a comparison wav.

http://www.elijahlucian.ca/z3ta2bugcomparison.wav

first half of the audio file is the original z3ta plugin with delay and reverb in the plugin. it shows that when the audio hits a certain signal, bitcrushing is evident.

second half, i disabled delay and reverb in the plugin and tried to match the sound with vst effects. no bitcrushing sound.

this leads me to the conclusion that z3ta2 sounds like a 12-bit plugin.

i tried it in 2 hosts with the same result. and i put it to oversample (and downsampled) just to try those options nothing works.

hey guys i don't mean to be a pain, but this is really bothering me, i tried bringing it up in KVR but it seems that only trolls live there.

i was hoping somebody could do a render test to see if it is somehow due to the way my system is set up.

there is the exact patch that i am using.

please and thanks 1000000x for helping me!
