I don't quite understand your English, but I think you want to add an effect to a group. This is easy to do as a group works like any other channel and has an effects bin, to which a plugin can be added. If you simply mean a group of tracks rather than a console mixer group. Route all the channels you wish to apply the effect to, to a mixer group and then add the effect to the mixer group channel.
