If I have multiple PRV's open in tabs, and I double click a midi click who's PRV is already open, the PRV seems to open the wrong PRV.  Does this happen to anyone else?

Yep - seen this happen quite a bit.

It always seems to go to the first open PRV

I have all my PRV tabs in the multidock so instead of double clicking an individual PRV I just single click the one I want from the MD

Thanks Bristol.  This seems to be a problem that started in X1.  I've got so many MIDI tracks that if I kept all open (which I've tried) there are so many tabs I have a hard time finding the right tab (lol)!  So I keep only a few tabs - drums, bass, etc. open all the time, and then open others when I need them.

Wow. Well today I learned you can open multiple PRV windows! (ctrl+double click MIDI clip).
