I have a client who wants a hidden track on his cd - no big deal, except he wants it as the first track on the cd (with no marker, of course) so you would have to manually rewind the cd to get to the song. Can anyone tell me how to achieve this? He had a cd that some artist had done this way, but I've always done it on the end of a cd...

IIRC, you hide it between index 0 and index 1 of the first track, so basically you just create track 1 index 0 at 0:00, and track1 index 1 (track start) anywhere after 2 seconds. The audio between 0:00 and the first index 1 is the hidden track.
