I have a PC4k Gate on a vocal track in the Pro Channel.

I have automated the on/off switch.

Works fine within the project but upon exporting the track the automation has vanished leaving me with a rather annoying gate cut on the end of the track.

Yes, on the export option I have ticked all the automation possibilities.

Try bouncing or freezing the track prior to exporting

But to work around I deleted the nodes and automated the threshold instead which worked.

So, there you go, the on/off automation on the PC4k Gate doesnt work on pro channel on exporting.

There aren't many plugins in Sonar - if any - that actually allow you to automate their on/off status by way of automation - there is usually a workaround, as you have found with the  PC4K Gate.

Indeed. 

Its a bit annoying tho as it works within the project but not on the export.

Oh Well, but as you say, work around sorted.
