Axl59, Please read this post thoroughly. I am not going to blast you, or make fun of you, I am only going to try to explain some things to you so that you can help us to help you.
1. This forum is FULL of people that truly bend over backwards to try to help each other.
2. The folks here in the forum have an expectation that people that post here are actually seeking help, and not just ranting. When people post without specifics on their issues and simply complain, the forum folks generally interpret that person to be a 'troll', 'idiot', or something along those lines. Please understand that if WE cannot view details on whatever problems someone is posting about, then there is NO possible way to help that person. If you truly want help, then you MUST post specifics on the issue.
3. The folks in the forum also have in almost all cases learned what they know through many many many hours of reading documentation, experimenting, and collaboratively working out problem solutions whenever possible. As a result of that, most folks in the forum have an expectation, which is a reasonable one, that PRIOR to posting a complaint about something that the poster would search the documentation, look for YouTube clips, or search in Google for possible solutions or explanations on the issue the poster is having. Posting a complaint without doing some basic research is extremely lazy, and it is quite rude to expect others to invest time in explaining something that is easily found in a manual, online documentation, or other thread postings. It is obvious that you have not done ANY basic research into this issue you are having.
4. There is an EXTREMELY low tolerance in this forum for people that have posted issues/problems/complaints when the poster ignores suggestions from folks that have responded, either for requests for additional detail on a problem, or not trying things that have been suggested as possible solutions or workarounds to posted issues.
It is evident that there are some communication issues for you, perhaps you are not a native English speaking individual. That's OK - nobody here has any issue with that, in fact it is pretty cool having folks from all kinds of cultures and corners of the globe here in this community. Since these issues ARE present, if you do not understand something someone has posted - all you have to do is say so - just ask for additional explanation and many times someone will accommodate that request - often folks will create video clips in those situations so that you can see a solution presented visually - bypassing any language problems.
SOOOOOO - If you want help for this issue, please go back and review the posts that have been made, and TRY the things they are suggesting, and THEN ask any additional questions if you are still having problems.
Lastly, each thread needs to concern itself with ONE issue at a time. If you have more than one problem, than post 1 thread for EACH problem.
It is quite apparent that you are frustrated with the product. We CAN help unravel some of it by working with you on issues. You have a responsibility to invest time and effort doing research, watching available video clips, purchasing third-party books and/or videos, providing clear and concise details on problems as they occur, and trying to actually DO the things people are suggesting that you do to fix/workaround each issue you come across.
If you continue to post like you have so far, I can assure you that you will quickly find people completely ignoring your threads, and some will even try to have further posting blocked by the forum administration. I URGE you to rethink your posts in this thread, per each and every one of the points I mentioned above.
