There's a ?keyboard ?synth part that's quite quiet at about 1'30" that I'm not sure about. I'd be tempted to lose that.
 

Strange, there's nothing but bass and guitar in the tune. I'll have to figure out what you're talking about.

The shaker kicks in at 1:30 to help the build up a bit in the middle section.  Those are real el'cheapo egg shakers recorded with Rode NT5's.  I just stood there and shook them under the XY setup overheads for the drums, then looped a decent measure worth.

I can't access soundcloud from work to listen to that track, but was able to get into your website and am listening to all the other tracks on Wogg Imperfect 2004. Man, I'm enjoying your tracks and do have to say that we both have similar styles (Rock/Funk)........differences being I mainly like to do solo's (guitar) LOL!!. I'd love to do some guitar work on your tracks (if you'd be interested)......digging the song "Strait Up" at the moment!!
