I'm curious how everyone is using take lanes.

Specifically, after editing all the lanes you create by recording several takes, is it best just to trim or delete away the bad notes and let things go, or is there a good reason to drag all the good takes into a single take lane?

and is there a way in the PRV to hide various takes from view? I have to trim takes to see only what I'm working on. Wish I could see just one.

It's really up to you. I like to combine all the clips into a final clip with crossfades etc., then bounce to a single clip in order to minimize the number of "bits and pieces" floating around in a project.

Yeah. I think I like it that way too. I sleep better just knowing my stuff is all neat and orderly.

I usually play until I get a take I like. I preserve old takes for very minor patching if required.  and who sleeps?
