AllanHMay I suggest "Run As Administrator" for the installation, just in case you didn't. On Win7/8/10 that's generally required for system services.

It wants a specific named folder that contains the .msi, that is not there (the folder is not there). I have an alternate folder with the .msi and if I select that one it tells me it can't find the (original) named folder. Then I can either continue to locate the (non-existant) folder or cancel. I cannot "just go on". Therefore I am still on 3.0.0.
