I have updated everything via the Command Center and still cannot find or load the presets.  Anyone else have this problem?  Where can I download them?

Same here too and i can't find TH3

If I am not mistaken, you can find the built-in "presets" by using the left and right arrows surrounding the preset name box. If you click the actual preset name box, you will get a dialog where you can create or save new ones. This is, if I am correct, by design. It gives you some unchangeable built in defaults to build on and a way to save them.
 
Please correct me if I am wrong.

I am seeing the presets. It is as Serenarules says. But you have to double (left) click (on each) to get the menus to open and presets to load.

I tried what you outlined but still no presets.

All I did was follow the instructions...left click in the presets pane, then click on the Mastering Folder and there they are! For both - LP EQ and LP MB.

I found them!  thanks.  I was clicking on the upper left preset pane instead of the one at the top middle of the LP EQ window.  A bit confusing for a new plugin.

Most new/newer plugins follow the same design principle
