I'm importing about 30 audio tracks from a live show and they show up as takes in a single track.  This would be fine, but the problem is I cannot drag a group of files from these takes and have them populate a group of tracks.  Instead they move to a single track and create multiple takes within the track.
 
Is there a way to import multiple audio files into multiple tracks instead of takes within a single track?

drag them onto the empty portion of the track header section. edit: http://snag.gy/16o2S.jpg
